The project was located in Valparaiso Region, Chile, Chile. The customer needed equipment support for Hillside housing foundation and retaining wall concrete pumping.

The Chile project required concrete conveying for hillside housing foundations, retaining walls and narrow access construction areas. Truck access was limited, and the customer needed a concrete pump that could work flexibly with pipeline delivery.
The site power supply was unstable, so diesel power, easy movement and strong pumping pressure were more important than a fixed electric configuration.
Hengyuan supplied a diesel concrete trailer pump configuration suitable for medium-distance pipeline pumping. The S-valve pumping system, stable hydraulic components and wear-resistant delivery cylinder helped the customer maintain reliable output on the hillside site.
The customer used the pump with flexible pipeline sections to reach formwork positions safely. Spare parts and maintenance guidance were prepared before shipment to support long-term overseas operation.
The selected equipment configuration supported the application with a practical layout and operation plan.
