The project was located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, United Arab Emirates. The customer needed equipment support for Airport pavement repair and maintenance concrete supply.
According to the project conditions, Hengyuan matched the equipment category, model configuration and service support with the customer's site requirements.
The UAE customer needed a compact concrete production solution for airport pavement maintenance. The equipment had to be installed quickly, moved when the repair zone changed and produce stable concrete for slab repair work.
Due to the project schedule, the customer wanted a plant with short installation time, integrated control cabin, compact footprint and reliable batching accuracy for repeated maintenance batches.
Hengyuan recommended a mobile concrete batching plant with integrated aggregate batching, mixing system, control room and towing-friendly structure. The compact layout reduced foundation work and helped the customer move between maintenance areas more efficiently.
The configuration supported flexible concrete production for pavement repair, service road maintenance and small infrastructure works. Electrical drawings, operation manuals and remote technical support were provided for commissioning.
The selected equipment configuration supported the application with a practical layout and operation plan.
